We have a NO RETURN POLICY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

CANCELLATION

Cancellations are not permitted, once the order has been processed for shipping. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at onemissionatl@agmail.com

Processing times:

Pre-made items will process and ship within 1-3 business days. All pre-ordered items will ship at the date specified on the pre-sale listings. 

Pre-Orders 

Pre-Orders are eligible for cancellation if submitted prior to the listed pre-order deadline. No refunds or cancellations will be honored after the pre-order time frame has passed. Allow Pre-orders 4-5 weeks after the listed deadline for production and shipping. Once all orders are completed, customers will receive a confirmation email. All customers are asked to sign a terms and conditions form before placing their order.
